Περίληψη (Abstract): Ο τουρισμός διαχρονικά διαδραματίζει εξαιρετικά σημαντικό ρόλο στην ελληνική οικονομία. Η παρούσα έρευνα αφορά τη διασύνδεση του πρωτογενούς τομέα και συγκεκριμένα της μελισσοκομίας με τον τουρισμό, μέσω μιας αναδυόμενης μορφής εναλλακτικού τουρισμού του μελισσοτουρισμού (apitourism).
