Περίληψη (Abstract): Οι δήμοι(Ο.Τ.Α) στην Ελλάδα με το Π.Δ 315/99 εφαρμόζουν το διπλογραφικό σύστημα,κάτι ανάλογο με το Ελληνικό Γενικό Λογιστικό Σχέδιο( ΕΓΛΣ), Π.Δ 1123/1980.Στα πλάισια της Ευρωπαικής Ένωσης,έχουν εκπονηθεί διάφορες προσπάθειες ώστε οι χώρες κράτη μέλη,εφαρμόσουν τα IPSAS/EPSAS,έτσι ώστε όλα τα οικονομικά μεγέθη της Δημοτικής οντότητας να επιμετρούνται στην Εύλογη αξία αντί του ιστορικού κόστους κ...
