Περίληψη (Abstract): Σε τουριστικό επίπεδο το προσφυγικό/μεταναστευτικό ζήτημα αποτελεί κρίση. Για το λόγο αυτό απαιτείται η αντιμετώπισή του με όρους διαχείρισης κρίσης από την πολιτεία, τους τοπικούς φορείς και τις επιχειρήσεις.
