Περίληψη (Abstract): This thesis was developed aiming to the support of the Greek Public Companies in making strategically correct decisions, it examines the installation, implementation and utilization of the ABC cost method, in a measurement and management framework of efficiency in the biggest Greek Public Company, the Public Power Corporation S.A (PPC).
