Τίτλος σε άλλη γλώσσα: Introduction: Examining the satisfaction of doctors and nurses in remote island areas is critical to improving health care and retaining health professionals in these areas. The challenges they face include geographical isolation, limited medical infrastructure and increased workload due to staff shortages. Purpose: This study was designed to assess the satisfaction of health workers in hard-to- reach islands To conduct the study, the 2022 report of the 2nd HHH was taken into consideration. Based on the report, the required sample and the islands that took part in the study were identified. Methodology: Quantitative methodology was followed for the implementation of the study through a questionnaire and statistical analysis was carried out through the SPSS statistical program. Conclusions: Human resource management is critical in enhancing job satisfaction, particularly in remote island areas where doctors and nurses face unique challenges. Proper selection, training, and encouragement of staff can lead to improved performance and satisfaction, reducing job stress and dissatisfaction. Also, demonstrating leadership behaviors that encourage transparency, fairness, and support for employees positively contributes to creating a conducive work environment.
