    • Στην εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζεται η διαδικασία δημιουργίας δείγματος διδακτικού υλικού για το μάθημα των αγγλικών για ειδικούς σκοπούς που απευθύνεται στην της ειδικότητα βοηθοί φαρμακείου, η οποία λειτουργεί στο πλαίσιο της συνεχιζόμενης επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στην Ελλάδα (ΙΕΚ). Για τον σχεδιασμό του υλικού, η παρούσα μελέτη σχεδιάζει ένα νέο επαγγελματικό προφίλ για τους βοηθούς φαρμακείου, το οποίο διαρθρώνεται γύρω από τις αρχές μιας καινούργιας μεθόδου που φέρει την ονομασία CEF Professional Profiles. Τα αποτελέσματα αυτής της έρευνας προσφέρουν ένα νέο επαγγελματικό προφίλ για τους Βοηθούς Φαρμακείου, το οποίο μπορεί να βοηθήσει όσους διδάσκουν Αγγλικά για ειδικούς σκοπούς να προσδιορίσουν αποτελεσματικά τη γλώσσα και τις επικοινωνιακές ανάγκες της συγκεκριμένης ειδικότητας, καθώς και να διαμορφώσουν ένα αποτελεσματικό μάθημα για αυτήν.
    • This thesis presents the process of ESP sample material design for the Pharmacy Assistants’ specialization functioning within the context of Greek continuing vocational education (IEK). For the design of this material, the present study develops a new professional profile for Pharmacy Assistants, structured along the principles of the Common European Framework (CEF) Professional Profiles. The basic template of the CEF Professional Profiles is used for the needs analysis administration as well as for the design of the material. Needs analysis was conducted to identify the language and communication needs of Pharmacy Assistants and create the new CEF Professional Profile. Interviews and text analysis are the methods that were employed for the collection of data for the profile. The outcomes of this research offer a new professional profile for Pharmacy Assistants, which can assist ESP practitioners to effectively identify language and communication needs of the particular profession and develop a suitable ESP course.
