    • Η οικονομική κρίση, η ανεργία, η πανδημία του Covid-19, η απομόνωση, η ανασφάλεια και το στρες αυξάνουν τα οικονομικά και ψυχικά προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει μεγάλο μέρος του πληθυσμού. Καθώς το αποδυναμωμένο κράτος πρόνοιας αδυνατεί να ανταποκριθεί και η αγορά αδιαφορεί, η αλληλεγγύη και η αλληλοβοήθεια, η Κοινωνική Αλληλέγγυα Οικονομία (ΚΑΛΟ) αποτελούν μια απάντηση στα προβλήματα αυτά. Στο πλαίσιο της ΚΑΛΟ, οι κοινωνικές επιχειρήσεις εργασιακής ένταξης (Κ.Ε.Ε.Ε) λειτουργούν ως διέξοδος συμβάλλοντας στην επανένταξη όσων έχουν βρεθεί στο κοινωνικοοικονομικό περιθώριο, όπως και στα άτομα με ψυχιατρική εμπειρία, τα οποία επιπλέον βιώνουν το στίγμα και την προκατάληψη. Στην Ελλάδα, στο πλαίσιο της Ψυχιατρικής Μεταρρύθμισης, της αποασυλοποίησης των ατόμων με προβλήματα ψυχικής υγείας και της κοινωνικοοικονομικής ένταξής τους, θεσμοθετήθηκαν οι πρώτες Κ.Ε.Ε.Ε, οι Κοινωνικοί Συνεταιρισμοί Περιορισμένης Ευθύνης (ΚοιΣΠΕ). Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία συνδυάζει τη βιβλιογραφική και ιστορική ανασκόπηση με την ποιοτική έρευνα, και διερευνά το πώς βιώνουν οι χρήστες υπηρεσιών ψυχικής υγείας (Χ.Υ.Ψ.Υ), την επανένταξή τους στην αγορά εργασίας, την κοινωνικοοικονομική αποκατάσταση και την ενδυνάμωσή τους στο πλαίσιο των ΚοιΣΠΕ. Ειδικότερα, διερευνά το θέμα μέσα από δεκαοχτώ συνεντεύξεις εις βάθος, στις οποίες αποτυπώνονται και αναλύονται τα βιώματα των Χ.Υ.Ψ.Υ και οι αντιλήψεις τους για την εργασία, η αλληλεπίδραση με το εργασιακό περιβάλλον των ΚοιΣΠΕ και την κοινωνία. Σύμφωνα με τα ευρήματα της έρευνας, η απασχόλησή τους στους ΚοιΣΠΕ έχει βελτιώσει σημαντικά τις συνθήκες ζωής τους. Συγκεκριμένα, τους προσφέρει ηθική ικανοποίηση μέσα από τον σεβασμό, την αγάπη, και την αναγνώριση που εισπράττουν. Παράλληλα αισθάνονται παραγωγικά μέλη της κοινωνίας, καθώς συμμετέχουν ισότιμα, προσφέρουν και ανταμείβονται οι προσπάθειές τους. Κατά συνέπεια η επαγγελματική επανένταξη παρέχει κάποια οικονομική ανεξαρτησία στους Χ.Υ.Ψ.Υ και παράλληλα συμβάλλει στη δόμηση μιας κοινωνικής ταυτότητας, στην κοινωνικοποίηση, στην ψυχοκοινωνική αποκατάσταση και στην ενδυνάμωσή τους, και ως ένα βαθμό, στην καταπολέμηση του στίγματος και της προκατάληψης.
    • The economic crisis, unemployment, the global Covid-19 pandemic, isolation, insecurity and stress augment both the economic and the psychological problems that a considerable number of people around the word face. While the impaired system of welfare is failing to deal with all that, and the market shows great indifference, grassroots solidarity and mutual aid, the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) offer an alternative answer. In the context of SSE, the social enterprises of social integration function as an outlet for the re-integration of all those who find themselves in the social and economic margin, as well as for the people who have been through a psychiatric illness and have to face the social stigma and prejudice. In Greece, in the context of the Psychiatric Reformation, following the discharge of a large number of persons with psychiatric problems from asylums, and in order for those persons to be re-integrated into society, the first social enterprises of social integration were established, namely the Social Co-operatives of Limited responsibility. The present dissertation combines the bibliographical and historical research in combination with qualitative search and explores how the users of psychiatric health services of the public sector experience their re-integration in the work market, their social and economic rehabilitation as well as their empowerment in the framework of the Social Co-operatives of Limited Responsibility. More specifically, it probes the issue through eighteen extensive interviews, in which the experience of the aforementioned users is recorded and analysed, as well as their perceptions about employment, the interaction of the Social Co-operatives of Limited Responsibility and society. According to the findings of this research, the employment of interviewees in the Social Co-operatives of Limited Responsibility has greatly improved their living conditions. To elaborate, it offers them ethical satisfaction through the respect, love and recognition they receive. Simultaneously, they render themselves productive members of society, as they fairly participate, offer and have their offer rewarded. As a result, the re-integration into the labour market, offers a degree of financial independence to the aforementioned users and also leads to a the creation of a social identity, to socialization, to psychological and social rehabilitation, their empowerment and, up to a degree, to the fight against stigma and prejudice.
