Με την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία στο πλαίσιο του μεταπτυχιακού του ΕΑΠ «Δημόσια Ιστορία», παρουσιάζεται ο σχεδιασμός μιας διδακτικής εφαρμογής Τοπικής Ιστορίας. Θέμα της εφαρμογής «Ιχνηλατώντας την ιστορία της Μαύρης σταφίδας στην περιοχή του Δήμου Ήλιδας» κατά τη χρονική περίοδο των τελευταίων 150 χρόνων περίπου.

Με την εργασία μας προσπαθούμε να αναδείξουμε το σημαντικό ρόλο που μπορεί να έχει η Τοπική Ιστορία στο ελληνικό σχολείο, συμβάλλοντας στην επίτευξη στόχων γνωστικών, ψυχοκινητικών, συναισθηματικών και στόχων που συνδέονται με τη χρήση των Τ.Π.Ε. στην εκπαιδευτική πράξη. Στόχων που συνδέονται όχι μόνο με τη δηλωτική, αλλά και με τη διαδικαστική και εννοιολογική γνώση. 

Σημαντικό μέρος της εργασίας μας καταλαμβάνει η παρουσίαση της Τοπικής Ιστορίας της θεματολογίας της, της μεθοδολογίας που ακολουθεί, των πηγών της, της σύνδεσής της με τη Γενική Ιστορία και της θέσης της στο ελληνικό σχολείο μέσα από τα πρόσφατα Αναλυτικά Προγράμματα Σπουδών.

Ο σχεδιασμός της διδακτικής μας εφαρμογής έχει ως στόχο τη διερεύνηση σε τοπικό επίπεδο της ιστορίας της μαύρης σταφίδας, με τη μελέτη των μαθητών να εστιάζει στις διαδοχικές περιόδους της ακμής και παρακμής καλλιέργειας και των εξαγωγών του προϊόντος, καθώς και τη νεότερη χρονικά περίοδο, με τη συστηματική προσπάθεια στήριξης των καλλιεργητών και εμπόρων του προϊόντος από το 1925 και μετά με την ίδρυση του ΑΣΟ. 

Με σχεδιασμό δραστηριοτήτων στο πλαίσιο της διερευνητικής, βιωματικής μάθησης, οι μαθητές γνωρίζουν την ιστορία του τόπου τους  κατάλοιπα της οποίας βρίσκονται στο άμεσο περιβάλλον τους. Ενθαρρύνονται να ενεργοποιηθούν αλληλεπιδρώντας συνεργατικά, αναπτύσσοντας δεξιότητες συνεργασίας, έρευνας, επικοινωνίας, αναπτύσσοντας την κριτική τους σκέψη και διαμορφώνοντας κίνητρα για περαιτέρω ιστορική έρευνα. 

Το διδακτικό αντικείμενο της ιστορίας μετασχηματίζεται έτσι από το μοντέλο της διδασκαλίας με παροχή στείρας γνώσης σε ένα διδακτικό μοντέλο, όπου ο μαθητής  με την καθοδήγηση του εκπαιδευτικού γίνεται «ιστορικός ερευνητής». Προσεγγίζοντας κριτικά τις πηγές του, ανακαλύπτει με βιωματικό τρόπο μια σημαντική πλευρά της ιστορίας του τόπου του μέσα από μια πολυπρισματική οπτική και ιστορική ενσυναίσθηση. 

With the present dissertation within the framework of the EAP "Public History" master's degree, the design of a teaching application of Local History is presented. Subject of the application "Tracing the history of the Black Currant in the area of ​​the Municipality of Ilida" during the time period of the last 150 years or so. With our work, we try to highlight the important role that Local History can have in the Greek school, contributing to the achievement of cognitive, psychomotor, emotional and goals related to the use of ICT. in educational practice. Objectives related not only to declarative, but also to procedural and conceptual knowledge. An important part of our work is the presentation of Local History, its subject matter, the methodology it follows, its sources, its connection with General History and its position in the Greek school through the recent Analytical Study Programs. The design of our teaching application aims to explore the history of the blackcurrant at a local level, with students' study focusing on the successive periods of boom and bust cultivation and exports of the product, as well as the more recent period, with the systematic effort to support the growers and traders of the product from 1925 onwards with the establishment of the ASO. By planning activities in the context of exploratory, experiential learning, students learn about the history of their place, the remains of which are in their immediate environment. They are encouraged to become active by interacting cooperatively, developing collaboration, research, communication skills, developing their critical thinking and forming motivations for further historical research. The teaching subject of history is thus transformed from the model of teaching with the provision of sterile knowledge to a teaching model where the student, under the guidance of the teacher, becomes a "historical researcher".
