    • The following paper examines inclusive intercultural educational approaches within increasingly multicultural environments. It presents a step-by-step account of the educational practices and activities implemented during the Summer of Peace programme in Poznań. This programme engaged children from Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, and the Roma community, all of whom had experienced domestic violence. The objective of this educational summer initiative was to alleviate the post-traumatic behaviors these children exhibited due to their past experiences.

The Summer of Peace programme was structured to create an inclusive and supportive environment that fostered intercultural understanding and cooperation among the children participants and the volunteers from all around the world. Through carefully designed activities, the programme aimed to address the diverse needs of the children and provide them with a safe environment for emotional and social development. The educational practices employed were rooted in principles of inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care. Key components of the programme included collaborative learning activities, cultural exchange sessions, and therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific backgrounds and experiences of the children. The programme emphasized the importance of fostering a sense of belonging and community, enabling the participants to build trust and resilience.
