    • Στο πρώτο μέρος της παρούσας εργασίας εξετάζεται συγκριτικά το ταξίδι στα έργα Αργώ ή πλους αεροστάτου του Ανδρέα Εμπειρίκου και Βάρδια του Νίκου Καββαδία. Μελετάται η έννοια του ταξιδιού στα δύο αυτά έργα των εκπροσώπων της γενιάς του τριάντα, όπου το ταξίδι δεν παρουσιάζεται συνδεδεμένο με τον γεωγραφικό χώρο του Αιγαίου, κοινός τόπος για τα περισσότερα έργα αυτής της γενιάς. Η προσέγγιση των κειμένων είναι ερμηνευτική και ειδικότερα αναλύεται τόσο η αντίληψη των λογοτεχνικών ηρώων για το ταξίδι όσο και η λειτουργία του ταξιδιού στα έργα, ώστε να διαφανεί ο τρόπος με τον οποίο η ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία αναδεικνύεται στους δύο αυτούς λογοτέχνες ως σύμβολο πανανθρώπινο της συνειδητής δράσης με στόχο την απελευθέρωση και την επίτευξη μιας κατάστασης εδεμικής. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζονται δοκιμές λογοτεχνικής γραφής με κεντρικό άξονα το ταξίδι.
    • In the first part of the present work, the meaning of the journey is compared as presented in Andreas Embirikos’ Argo or the voyage of a ballon and in Nikos Kavvadias’ The shift. The concept of travel is studied in these two works of the representatives of the thirties, where the journey is not presented connected with the geographical area of Aegean, a common place for most works of this generation. The approach of the texts is interpretive and, in particular, both the perception of the literary heroes about the journey and the function of the journey in the works are analyzed, in order to see the way in which the travel experience emerges in these two writers as an universal symbol of conscious action, aimed at liberation in order to achieve a heavenly state of calmness. In the second part of the work, literary writing attempts are presented with the travel as the central axis.
