    • Η εμπειρία των ανθρώπων αποτελεί το γνωστικό αντικείμενο επεξεργασίας στη θεωρία της μετασχηματίζουσας μάθησης. Στόχος της θεωρίας μετασχηματισμού είναι η καλλιέργεια της κριτικής σκέψης, εστιάζοντας στην κατανόηση των παραδοχών από τις οποίες πηγάζουν οι αντιλήψεις, οι πεποιθήσεις αλλά και τα συναισθήματα των ανθρώπων. Απώτερος σκοπός είναι η δημιουργία αυτοδυναμίας σκέψης και κατά επέκταση, κριτικά σκεπτόμενων ατόμων, πιο χειραφετημένων και κοινωνικά υπεύθυνων. Η παρούσα έρευνα επιδιώκει να διερευνήσει την επιρροή της μετασχηματίζουσας μάθησης έτσι όπως παρουσιάστηκε στο μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα σπουδών της ΕΚΕ του ΕΑΠ, στις απόψεις και τις στάσεις των μεταπτυχιακών φοιτητών. Επιδιώκει να καταγράψει την επίδραση που είχε στους φοιτητές, τις προσωπικές τους απόψεις και εκτιμήσεις τόσο για το πρόγραμμα που παρακολούθησαν όσο και για την ίδια τη θεωρία. Επίσης, διερευνά αν αισθάνονται έτοιμοι ώστε να αντιμετωπίσουν στη ζωή τους ένα πιθανό αποπροσανατολιστικό δίλημμα. Η παρούσα έρευνα διεξήχθη στα πλαίσια της διπλωματικής μου εργασίας κατά τη διάρκεια του ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2021-2022 και πήραν μέρος συνολικά εννέα άτομα. Η διεξαγωγή της έρευνας έγινε με τη χρήση της ποιοτικής προσέγγισης διότι όπως αναφέρουν οι (Bird, & συν.,1999, σ.320 οπ. αναφ. στην Κεδράκα χ.η.) η ποιοτική έρευνα επιδιώκει «να ανακαλύψει τις απόψεις του ερευνώμενου πληθυσμού, εστιάζοντας στις οπτικές γωνίες υπό τις οποίες τα άτομα βιώνουν και αισθάνονται τα γεγονότα». Το ερευνητικό εργαλείο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε είναι αυτό της ημιδομημένης συνέντευξης δίνοντας μεγαλύτερη άνεση και ελευθερία λόγου στους συνεντευξιαζόμενους. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η θεωρία του μετασχηματισμού έτσι όπως παρουσιάστηκε μέσα από το πρόγραμμα σπουδών της ΕΚΕ του ΕΑΠ, άσκησε σαφώς μεγάλη επιρροή στους φοιτητές καθώς πλέον έχουν ενστερνιστεί και προσπαθούν να εφαρμόζουν τόσο στην προσωπική όσο και στην επαγγελματική ζωή τους τόσο τον κριτικό στοχασμό όσο και τον ορθολογικό διάλογο.
    • The experience of people forms the cognitive object of the process on the transformative learning theory. The aim of the transformative learning theory is the evolution of critical thinking focusing on the understanding of the assumptions from which are arising the perceptions, the convictions as well as people’s emotions. The ultimate aim is the creation of a self-reliant thought and consequently, critical thinking people more independent and socially responsible. The present research intents to investigate the influence of transformative learning, as it was presented on the post graduate study program of EKE of EAP, on the opinions and the attitudes of post graduate students. Pursues to document the influence that had on the students, their personal opinions and evaluations as much about the program they attended as the theory itself too. Also, it seeks whether they feel ready to cope with a possible disoriented dilemma in their lives. The present study took place in relation to my thesis during the academic year of 2021-2022 and participated 9 people in total. The conduct of the research was held by using the qualitative study approach because as they mention (Bird &associates., 1999, p.320 as it is referred on Kedraka, n.d.) the qualitative research is aiming to «discover the opinions of the investigated population, focusing on the points of view under of which people are going through and feel the events». The research tool which was used is this of semi-structured interview giving to the interviewees more ease and freedom of speech. The results of the research indicated that the transformative theory as it was presented by the program of studies of EKE of EAP, clearly exerted influence on the students of this program, given that they have embraced and are trying to apply as much on their personal life as on their business life too, where and when it’s possible, as much the critical thinking as the rational dialogue.
