    • Περίληψη Η παρούσα έρευνα έχει ως στόχο την διερεύνηση των αντιλήψεων των νηπιαγωγών του Νομού Κοζάνης σχετικά με το αειφόρο νηπιαγωγείο. Μελετά τις αντιλήψεις των νηπιαγωγών οι οποίοι κρίνονται ως καθοριστικός παράγοντας της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας για την βελτίωση των νηπιαγωγείων. Παράλληλα, ερευνάται αν οι νηπιαγωγοί του Ν. Κοζάνης γνωρίζουν την έννοια της αειφορίας καθώς και αν επεξεργάζονται θέματα αειφορίας που συμβάλλουν στον προσανατολισμό των νηπιαγωγείων του Ν. Κοζάνης σε αειφόρα νηπιαγωγεία. Ακόμα, η έρευνα προσπάθησε να αποτυπώσει τις αντιλήψεις των νηπιαγωγών σχετικά με τα χαρακτηριστικά του αειφόρου σχολείου καθώς και αν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί το νηπιαγωγείο όπου υπηρετούν, ως αειφόρο νηπιαγωγείο. Για τις ανάγκες της έρευνας συλλέχτηκαν 121 ερωτηματολόγια σε ηλεκτρονική κυρίως μορφή. Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με το πρόγραμμα excel. Από τα αποτελέσματα προκύπτει ότι οι νηπιαγωγοί του Νομού Κοζάνης, δείχνουν να έχουν κατακτήσει την βασική έννοια της αειφορίας, εστιασμένη ωστόσο, κυρίως στο περιβάλλον. Επίσης, η έρευνα κατέδειξε ότι οι συμμετέχοντες νηπιαγωγοί, γνωρίζουν ικανοποιητικά τα χαρακτηριστικά του αειφόρου σχολείου, αφού στις ερωτήσεις πολλαπλών επιλογών, φαίνεται να δηλώνουν την θετική τους στάση, δημιουργώντας ένα ευνοϊκό πλαίσιο βασισμένο στις διαστάσεις του αειφόρου σχολείου. Αναφορικά με το ερευνητικό ερώτημα με το αν μπορεί το νηπιαγωγείο όπου υπηρετούν να χαρακτηριστεί ως αειφόρο νηπιαγωγείο, σύμφωνα με τα χαρακτηριστικά του αειφόρου σχολείου, οι απαντήσεις των ερωτώμενων, παρουσιάζουν διχασμό. Σχετικά με την αναφορά χαρακτηριστικών του αειφόρου νηπιαγωγείου από τους ίδιους τους συμμετέχοντες, στις ανοιχτές ερωτήσεις, αναδύεται το συμπέρασμα της ασάφειας των γνώσεων των νηπιαγωγών σχετικά με το αειφόρο σχολείο αναδεικνύοντας την ανάγκη επιμόρφωσης τους.
    • Abstract The aim of this study is to explore the perceptions of kindergarten teachers concerning the sustainability of nursery schools in the region of Kozani. Teachers perceptions which are some of the most important factors concerning the educational progress and school improvements are studied here. At the same time, it is investigated whether the nursery teachers of Kozani are aware of the concept of sustainability and whether they work on such issues that contribute to the orientation of the kindergartens of Kozani to sustainable nursery schools. In addition, the following research attempted to capture the characteristics of sustainable schools as the nursery teachers spot them and also display the nursery teacher’s opinion on whether their school is sustainable. For the purposes of the study 121 questionnaires were collected mostly in electronic form. The statistical process of the data was performed using MS Office Excel. The analysis presented that the nursery teachers of Kozani have conquered the basic concepts of sustainability, focused though, mostly in the environment of the school. The survey presented that most teachers were well aware of the of the characteristics of the sustainable school since in the multiple choice questions they declared their positive opinion, creating in that way a favorable framework based on the dimensions of the sustainable preschool. Regarding the question as to whether the kindergarten the teachers serve at is classified as sustainable, the answers presented disunity. From the report of the characteristics of the sustainable kindergarten, spotted from the participants, it emerged the lack of knowledge concerning the sustainable school which designates the need for further training.
