    • Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί την Διπλωματική Εργασία για την ολοκλήρωση Μεταπτυχιακού στην Σχολή Ανθρωπιστικών Σπουδών, του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου και στο Πρόγραμμα «Σπουδές στην Εκπαίδευση». Βασικός της ερευνητικός άξονας, είναι η διερεύνηση της σχεσιοδυναμικής του εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος της σχολικής μονάδας ειδικής αγωγής και του ρόλου του Διευθυντή και των εκπαιδευτικών στην τροποποίηση της, επικεντρώνεται δε στη μελέτη περίπτωσης των σχολικών δομών Ειδικής Αγωγής Λάρισας. Η εργασία συνίσταται από δυο κύρια μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος είναι το θεωρητικό στο οποίο γίνεται σχετική με το θέμα βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και το δεύτερο είναι το ερευνητικό μέρος στο οποίο μέσω μιας εμπειρικής ποσοτικής έρευνας επιχειρείται να απαντηθούν τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που αφορούν στην καταγραφή των απόψεων εκπαιδευτικών σχετικά με το κατά πόσο τα στερεότυπα και οι προκαταλήψεις επηρεάζουν τη σχολική ζωή των παιδιών με αναπηρία αλλά και κατά πόσο οι σχέσεις μεταξύ των εκπαιδευτικών του Ειδικού Σχολείου με το διευθυντή, τους γονείς και την κοινωνία, επηρεάζουν το ρόλο τους και οδηγούν στην αποτελεσματική μάθηση των παιδιών με ειδικές εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες.
    • This work constitutes the diplomatic work for the completion of the Postgraduate in the university of humanities, of the Greek Open University and the program «Studies in Education». It ransack the relationshipdynamics of the external environment of the scholastic unit of special education and the role of the director and the educators in her amendment: Investigated by the educators of the school structures Special education of Larissa The work contains 2 basic parts. The first one is the theoretical in which it gets relative with the subject Bibliographical review and the second is the research part in which through a expert quantitative research, is attempted to get the research questions which concern the register of the views of the educators on whether are the stereotypes and the prejudices affect the school life of the children with disabilities but also whether the relationships between the educators of the Special School with the director, the parents and the society, affect their role and they lead in the effectual learning of the children with special educative needs
