    • ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ H ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΑ ΣΤΗΝ Ε.Ε. ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΔΙΕΘΝΕΣ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟ ΑΝΤΑΓΩΝΙΣΤΙΚΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ Κοιτώντας τα τελευταία χρόνια την ελληνική πραγματικότητα παρατηρούμε ότι η Ελλάδα, βρίσκεται εν μέσω μιας πολιτικής και οικονομικής δίνης .Το δημοσιονομικό έλλειμμα είναι υψηλό , οι ξένες επενδύσεις έχουν παγώσει , τα κρατικά έσοδα μειώνονται και η ανεργία μετά από μια περίοδο δραματικής αύξησης έχει σταθεροποιηθεί σε πολύ υψηλά επίπεδα. Η ελληνική οικονομία με τις αλλαγές που έγιναν στην ευρωπαϊκή πορεία της χώρας τα τελευταία χρόνια , την είσοδο στην ΕΟΚ , Ε.Ε. αργότερα , την υιοθέτηση του ευρώ ως νομίσματος βασίζεται πλέον στις υπηρεσίες 1 . Μετά από μια περίοδο επενδύσεων τόσο στη βαριά και όσο και την ελαφρά βιομηχανία της χώρας , μια περίοδος ύφεσης ήρθε στη χώρα που τελικά οδήγησε στην αποβιομηχάνιση. Σκοπός αυτής της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι αναλύσει την ελληνική οικονομία, να αναδείξει τα βασικά προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει και να προσπαθήσει να βρει τρόπους με τους οποίους αυτά μπορούν να αναχαιτιστούν. Ακόμη η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία έχει ως στόχο να εντοπίσει τα συγκριτικά πλεονεκτήματα της ελληνικής οικονομίας με την αξιοποίηση των οποίων, η οικονομία μπορεί να επιστρέψει σε σταθερή αναπτυξιακή τροχιά μετά από αρκετά χρόνια υφεσιακής πορείας, αξιοποιώντας παράλληλα και τις όποιες ευκαιρίες ανοίγονται μέσα στο διεθνές οικονομικό περιβάλλον .
    • GREEK ECONOMY IN THE E.U. AND IN THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT Looking into the Greek reality we observe that in recent years, Greece is in the midst of a political and economic turbulence .The fiscal deficit is high, foreign investments have frozen, revenue is decreasing and unemployment, after a period of dramatic growth, has stabilized at very high levels . The Greek economy with the changes made to the European course of the country in recent years, entry into the EEC, Ε.U. later, adoption of the euro as a currency is now based on services 2 . After a period of investing both on the heavy and the light industry of the country, a recession period came in the country that eventually led to deindustrialization. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze Greek Economy, show the major problems that Greek economy is facing and try to find ways that these can be solved. This dissertation will also try to identify the comparative advantages of Greek economy with the use of which, Greek economy will manage to return to a stable growth track after several years in the recessionary path ,while seize any opportunities opened up in the international economic environment.
