    • Η εν λόγω διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στη μελέτη βιωσιμότητας ενός επενδυτικού σχεδίου ίδρυσης μίας πολυτελούς μικρής ξενοδοχειακής μονάδας στο παλιό λιμάνι των Χανίων στην Κρήτη και ερευνά κατά πόσο η επένδυση αυτή θα είναι βιώσιμη ή όχι σε βάθος δεκαετίας. Τα στοιχεία που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί, έχουν συλλεχθεί από διάφορες επίσημες πηγές, όπως τον Σύνδεσμο Ελληνικών Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων (ΣΕΤΕ) και την Ελληνική Στατιστική Υπηρεσία (ΕΛΣΤΑΤ).
    • This manuscript is about a feasibility study for a boutique hotel project in Chania, Greece. It aims to evaluate whether the implementation of a boutique hotel would be feasible. By feasibility we mean an analysis of the viability of an idea or a project. The evaluation of the planned boutique hotel project is based on secondary data, which was collected from sources, such as the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE) and then interpreted and analyzed to determine the realization or not of the particular investment decision.
