    • Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν να διερευνήσει τις επιμορφωτικές ανάγκες των εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Κοζάνης σχετικά με τη συνεκπαίδευση παιδιών Α.μ.Ε.Α. σε σχολικές μονάδες δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Για το σκοπό αυτό υιοθετήθηκε η μικτή πρωτογενής έρευνα. Ειδικότερα έλαβε χώρα μία πρωτογενής έρευνα ερωτηματολόγιου, στην οποία συμμετείχαν 100 εκπαιδευτικοί και παράλληλα με στόχο μία αυξημένη αξιοπιστία της έρευνας, συνεντεύξεις με έξι εκπαιδευτικούς. Όλοι οι εκπαιδευτικοί ανήκαν στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση και δίδασκαν σε σχολεία του Νομού Κοζάνης. Απ’ όλα τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας εξάχθηκε το συμπέρασμα ότι οι συμμετέχοντες έχουν μία σε γενικές γραμμές θετική στάση απέναντι στους μαθητές Α.μ.Ε.Α. και τη συνεκπαίδευση αυτών σε σχολικές μονάδες γενικής αγωγής. Ωστόσο, αναγνωρίζοντας τις δυσκολίες που μπορεί να προκύψουν, θεωρούν ιδιαίτερα κρίσιμη την ενδελεχή επιμόρφωσή τους σε μία ευρεία γκάμα ικανοτήτων και δεξιοτήτων. Μάλιστα την ανάγκη αυτή για επιμόρφωση εξέφρασαν στην πλειοψηφία τους οι συμμετέχοντες ανεξάρτητα από το αν έχουν ήδη παρακολουθήσει κάποια επιμόρφωση ή αν πιστεύουν ότι ήδη έχουν κάποιες ικανότητες/ δεξιότητες. Σημαντικό είναι ακόμη το γεγονός ότι οι συμμετέχοντες σε γενικές γραμμές εξέφρασαν την ανάγκη ενός στοχευμένου επιμορφωτικού προγράμματος βασισμένο στις ανάγκες τους και στις αρχές της εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων.
    • The aim of the present study was to investigate the training needs of secondary education teachers in the Prefecture of Kozani regarding the co-education of children with disabilities in general education schools. For this purpose, a mixed primary research was adopted. In particular, a primary questionnaire survey took place, in which 100 teachers participated and at the same time, with the aim of increasing the reliability of the survey, interviews with six teachers took place. All the teachers belonged to the secondary education and taught in schools of the Prefecture of Kozani. From all the results of the research it was concluded that the participants have a generally positive attitude towards students with disabilities, and their co-education in general education schools. However, recognizing the difficulties that may arise, they consider particularly critical their thorough training in a wide range of skills and abilities. In fact, this need for training was expressed by the majority of participants regardless of whether they have already attended a training or if they believe that they already have some abilities/ skills. It is also important that the participants in general expressed the need for any training to focus not only on theory but also on practice and to be also long-term, thus, offering the opportunity for meeting multiple knowledge requirements.
