    • Η ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των κατοικιών είναι το θέμα της παρούσης εργασίας και πιο συγκεκριμένα η διερεύνηση των απόψεων των κατοίκων της Βόρειας Ελλάδας πάνω στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των κατοικιών τους. Η βιβλιογραφική έρευνα είναι το πρώτο βήμα που έγινε πάνω στις μεθόδους της ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης των κατοικιών και στην συνέχεια πραγματοποιείται έρευνα ερωτηματολογίου προκειμένου να καταγραφούν οι απόψεις των πολιτών και των ιδιοκτητών κατοικιών πάνω στις μεθόδους ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης αλλά και στα κριτήρια που έχουν αυτοί προκειμένου να προχωρήσουν στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των κατοικιών τους. Τέλος διατυπώνονται οι προτάσεις προκειμένου να προχωρήσουν οι ερωτώμενοι στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση των κατοικιών τους, βασιζόμενοι στα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας.
    • The energy upgrading of the private buildings and houses is the subject of this thesis and more specifically the exploration of the views of the citizens of Northern Greece on the energy upgrading of their houses. Literature review is the first step on the research of the energy upgrading methodology of houses and then a questionnaire survey took place in order to capture the views of citizens and the owners of the houses on the methods of energy upgrading and the criteria they have in order to proceed with energy upgrading of their homes. Finally, proposals are made for the respondents to proceed with the energy upgrading of their homes, based on the results of the survey.
