    • Η διδασκαλία της γραμματικής στην αγγλική γλώσσα είναι γεμάτη προκλήσεις. Κάθε φορά, ακόμη κι όταν επαναλαμβάνεται το γραμματικό φαινόμενο, η διδασκαλία είναι μια πραγματικά καινούργια εμπειρία. Ο καθηγητής της αγγλικής γλώσσας πρέπει να βρίσκει τρόπους να βοηθήσει τους μαθητές να καταλάβουν τα γραμματικά φαινόμενα αλλά και το πόσο σημαντική είναι η γνώση της γραμματικής σε μια γλώσσα. Η τρέχουσα διπλωματικη εργασία ερευνά τη διδασκαλία των χρόνων του ενεστώτα και των modal verbs. Ο σκοπός της είναι να αποκαλύψει τις δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζει ένας καθηγητής όταν διδάσκει αυτά τα φαινόμενα πολλές φορές σε μία τάξη και μέσα από την εμπειρία και τις γνώσεις των καθηγητών αγγλικής να ερευνήσει τρόπους για να επιτευχθεί ένα πετυχημένο μάθημα.
    • Teaching grammar is more than challenging for the practitioner. It is a whole new experience every time he starts teaching each grammar point and not only when he does it for the first time. The difficulties of helping the learners understand what exactly grammar is about and why they should focus on understanding it is definitely a huge success towards the successful result all the practitioners wish for, that is teaching successfully grammar. The current dissertation works on the teaching of simple tenses and the modal verbs to classes of young learners. The purpose of the research is to reveal difficulties of teaching again and again those grammar points and ways to predict and overcome them. Hopefully a useful discussion is being inspired for the practitioners to share worries and anticipated or not obstacles for a successful lesson.
