Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια ολοκλήρωσης των μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών του προγράμματος “Διασφάλιση Ποιότητας” του Ελληνικού Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου της Σχολής Θετικών Επιστημών και Τεχνολογίας.
Ο σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να γίνει συνολικά μια προσπάθεια ανάδειξης των σημαντικών συμβάντων, ώστε να καταστεί πιο αποτελεσματική η αντιμετώπιση τους και ταυτόχρονα να διερευνηθεί πώς θα οργανωθεί καλύτερα η οργανική μονάδα “Κρατικός Αερολιμένας Πάρου”.
Τα δεδομένα αναλύθηκαν αρχικά με περιγραφική στατιστική. Στη συνέχεια, έγινε μελέτη στατιστικής συμπερασματολογίας για την ανάδειξη και επαλήθευση των πιο σημαντικών εξ αυτών. Κατόπιν, υλοποιείται μια πρόβλεψη των τριών συμβάντων για το έτος 2016 και ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα.
The current MSc thesis was carried out within the framework of the course “Quality Assurance”, held by the Hellenic Open University and the School of Science and Technology.
The purpose of this thesis is to point out the statistically significant incidents, aiming to contribute to the organizational structure of Paros National Airport in dealing more effectively with them.
The data gathered was initially analyzed on the basis of descriptive statistics. In addition, an inferential statistics survey was conducted, so as to delineate and verify the statistically most significant incidents. There is also a forecasting for 2016 concerning the three main incidents. Finally, conclusions are mentioned.
