    • Το Internet of Things (ΙοΤ) αναφέρεται στην τάση όπου αντικείμενα καθημερινής χρήσης μπορούν να συνδεθούν στο Internet ώστε να παρέχουν πληροφορίες. Το Studio Based Learning (SBL), αποτελεί μία εκπαιδευτική προσέγγιση κατά την οποία οι μαθητές, μέσω εργασίας σε ομάδες επιλύουν προβλήματα και μέσω της ομότιμης αξιολόγησης, αποκτούν βαθύτερη επιστημονική σκέψη. Παρουσιάζονται εκπαιδευτικές παρεμβάσεις των ενσωματωμένων συστημάτων IoT ώστε οι μαθητές να μάθουν τον τρόπο λειτουργίας και προγραμματισμού τους. Δίνονται τα χαρακτηριστικά και η μεθοδολογία υλοποίησης των σύνθετων δραστηριοτήτων που θα επιλεχθούν προς υλοποίηση. Προτείνονται δύο τέτοιες δραστηριότητες που εμπεριέχουν ενσωματωμένα συστήματα και υλοποιούνται σύμφωνα με τις αρχές του SBL.
    • Internet of Things (IoT) is a trend where devices can be connected to the Internet for sharing information. Studio Based Learning (SBL) is an educational method where students can acquire a deeper scientific thought through the processes of working in teams and peer assessment for solving problems. This thesis proposes an educational innovative curriculum that adopts IoT embedded systems so as students to learn the way they operate and their programming methods. Projects’ characteristics and methodology are described. Two students’ IoT projects, according to SBL, are proposed. Finally, conclusions and further extensions of the proposed curriculum are cited
