    • Σκοπός της πολυμεσικής εφαρμογής είναι η παρουσίαση ενός Δήμου και η επικοινωνία των πολιτών με αυτόν μέσω μιας android εφαρμογής κινητού. Εκτός της παρουσίασης του Δήμου η εφαρμογή θα έχει δυνατότητες όπως: επικοινωνία με αυτόν, εμφάνιση των κυριότερων νέων και εκδηλώσεων, χάρτη της περιοχής και εμφάνιση σε αυτόν σημείων ενδιαφέροντος γύρω από τη θέση στην οποία κινείται ο χρήστης , λήψη φωτογραφιών και αποστολή αυτών καθώς και του σημείου λήψης σε αρμόδιο τμήμα του Δήμου με σκοπό την αναφορά προβλημάτων. Η εφαρμογή θα αποτελεί μια γέφυρα επικοινωνίας μέσω κινητού ανάμεσα στην υπάρχουσα ιστοσελίδα, στις Υπηρεσίες και στους πολίτες ενός Δήμου. Θα επιτρέπει διαδραστική επικοινωνία με την βοήθεια των εργαλείων που προσφέρει ένα κινητό τηλέφωνο (εντοπισμό θέσης, φωτογράφιση, online πρόσβαση κ.α).
    • The aim of the multimedia application is the presentation of a municipality and communication between citizens and the municipality through an android application. Users of the application will be the Citizens - visitors and Services or Departments of the Municipality. Besides the presentation of the Municipality of the application will have features such as: communication with the municipality, list of main new and events, location map with POIs around the location where the user moves, taking pictures and sending these to the municipality to report problems. The implemented multimedia application will be a bridge of communication between mobile and existing website, the departments and the citizens of a municipality. It allows interactive communication with the help of tools that offers a mobile phone or tablet (such as positioning, photography, online access, etc.) in a modern and constantly developing environment
