Η παρούσα διπλωματική έχει ως στόχο την ανάδειξη της σημασίας της διδασκαλίας του Μαθηματικού Προβλήματος στο Γυμνάσιο, καθώς το Γυμνάσιο είναι η βαθμίδα στην οποία εμπεδώνονται και εμπλουτίζονται οι γνώσεις του δημοτικού και μπαίνουν τα θεμέλια για τις γνώσεις του λυκείου.Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο , έπειτα από την ιστορική αναδρομή στην οποία αναφέρονται μερικοί από τους μαθηματικούς που καταπιάστηκαν με την επίλυση μαθηματικού προβλήματος, περιγράφονται και αναλύονται οι θέσεις του G.Polya από το έργο του "How to Solve it". Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι θέσεις του διαπρεπή μαθηματικού Terence Tao σχετικά με την επίλυση μαθηματικού προβλήματος από το βιβλίο του "Solving Mathematical Problems" , en;v στο τρίτο οι θέσεις του Schoenfeld και του Ν.Κλαουδάτου.Συνεχίζοντας στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια περιγραφή του ρόλου της μεταγνώσης γύρω από το μαθηματικό πρόβλημα και στο πέμπτο γίνεται μια αντίστοιχη περιγραφή του ρόλου της γνωσιακής επιστήμης και της νευροεκπαίδευσης.Στο έκτο περιγράφεται το πώς επηρέασαν τη διδακτική των μαθηματικών τα κυρίαρχα φιλοσοφικά ρεύματα των μαθηματικών και στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο η σημερινή θέση των μαθηματικών στην εκπαίδευση.Στα δύο τελευταία κεφάλαια μελετάται το δείγμα μαθητών γυμνασίου και γίνεται αναφορά στη μαθηματική μοντελοποίηση.
This paper aims to highlight the importance of teaching mathematical problems. In the first chapter, after throwback to which some of the mathematicians who set about solving a mathematical problem are mentioned, it is described and it is analyzed the positions of the Hungarian mathematician Polya from «How to Solve it» project. Specifically it is made commentary and description of the mathematical problem solving steps and the role of the teacher. The second chapter presents the positions of the eminent mathematician Terence Tao about solving a mathematical problem from the book «Solving Mathematical Problems». Originally referred to the problem-solving strategies and steps in solving mathematical problem then Tao specialize these strategies in specific branches of mathematics such as number theory, algebra, analysis and Euclidean geometry. The third chapter lists the positions of Schoenfeld and Nikos Klaoudatos concerning the solution of mathematical problem. Continuing in the fourth chapter one can find a description of the role of metacognition to the mathematical problem, while the fifth chapter is a description of the respective roles of cognitive science and nefroekpaidefsis. The sixth chapter describes how mathematics have been influenced by the dominant philosophies of mathematics and seventh chapter is an attempt to give the current position of mathematics in Greek education. Then in the eighth chapter it is discussed the results in solving a mathematical problem of a student sample of the third high school and the final chapter presents the relation of mathematical problem and mathematical modeling through modeling applications.
