    • Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται την αποτίμηση και ενίσχυση ενός τριώροφου κτιρίου με υπόγειο, με χρήση ξενοδοχείου στην περιοχή Άγιος Σώστης Ζακύνθου, στο οποίο ο Β’ όροφος κατασκευάστηκε καθ’ υπέρβαση της οικοδομικής άδειας. Το κτίριο μελετήθηκε και οπλίστηκε με τον αντισεισμικό κανονισμό του 1985 και τον κανονισμό σκυροδέματος του 1954. Η αποτίμηση και η ενίσχυση του κτιρίου έγινε με βάση τον ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ. ο οποίος αποτελεί το ελληνικό κανονιστικό πλαίσιο για την αποτίμηση, επισκευή, ενίσχυση και τον ανασχεδιασμό υφιστάμενων κατασκευών οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος. Η εργασία αποτελείται από τα παρακάτω κεφάλαια: Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο πάνω στο οποίο θα βασιστεί η εργασία. Περιφράφονται τα κανονιστικά πλαίσια και οι κανονισμοί πάνω στους οποίους στηρίχθηκαν οι κατασκευές στην Ελλάδα από το παρελθόν έως σήμερα. Γίνεται παρουσίαση του Κανονισμού Επεμβάσεων οποίος αποτελεί το ελληνικό κανονιστικό πλαίσιο για την αποτίμηση και ενίσχυση υφιστάμενων κατασκευών. Επίσης παρουσιάζονται θεωρητικά στοιχεία για τις μεθόδους ανάλυσης των κατασκευών (ελαστικές-ανελαστικές) και γίνεται λεπτομερής παρουσίαση της ανελαστικής ανάλυσης Pushover. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αφορά την αποτίμηση του κτιρίου. Γίνεται λεπτομερής περιγραφή της κατασκευής και της διαδικασίας εισαγωγής του κτιρίου στο λογισμικό της ανάλυσης (Fespa). Παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα (λόγοι επάρκειας μελών) για τις τρεις μεθόδους ανάλυσης την ελαστική με τη μέθοδο των τοπικών δεικτων παλστιμότητας m, την ελαστική με τον καθολικό δείκτη q και την ανελαστική στατική μέθοδο (Pushover) και γίνεται σύγκριση μεταξύ των τριών μεθόδων. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αφορά την ενίσχυση του κτιρίου. Περιγράφονται τα μέλη που αστοχούν και τα μέλη που θα ενισχυθούν. Γίνεται παρουσίαση της μεθόδου και των υλικών ενίσχυσης και στο τέλος αποτίμηση του ενισχυμένου φορέα με τη μέθοδο (Pushover) μέσω της οποίας εκτιμάται η αποτελεσματικότητα των επεμβάσεων που πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο κτίριο.
    • The subject of this thesis is the seismic adequacy evaluation and strengthening of a three-storey building with a basement, used as a hotel, in the area of Agios Sostis, Zakinthos, the second storey of which has been constructed in violation of the building permit. The building was constructed according to the Greek antiseismic regulation of 1985 and the concrete regulation of 1954. The seismic adequacy evaluation and strengthening of the building were performed based on the ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ, which is the Greek regulatory frame for the seismic evaluation, repair and strenghthening of existing concrete structures. This thesis consists of the following chapters: The first chapter consists of the presentation of the theoretical background, on which this thesis will be based. The regulatory frames and regulations, on which construction has been based in Greece since the past and up till now, are being described. The Intervention Rule, which presents the Greek regulatory frame for the assessment and rehabilitation of existing buildings is being presented. Furthermore, the theoretical elements for the methods of construction analysis (elastic-anelastic) are being showcased and a detailed presentation of the anelastic Pushover analysis is taking place. The second chapter deals with the building seismic adequacy evaluation. A detailed description of the construction and the process of introduction of the building in the analysis software (Fespa) is taking place. The results (ratios of part sufficiency) are being presented for the three analysis methods, namely, the elastic one with the method of local markers m, the elastic one with the global marker q, and the anelastic static method (Pushover) and a comparison of the three is being performed. The third chapter regards the strengthening of the building. The failing parts and the parts to be reinforced are being described. The method and reinforcement material are being presented, as well as the building seismic adequacy evaluation of the reinforced building through the (Pushover) method, with which the efficacy of the interventions performed on the building are assessed.
