Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία έχει σαν κύριο σκοπό τη μελέτη και ανάπτυξη ενός πληροφοριακού συστήματος (ΠΣ) στον Παγκόσμιο Ιστό, με σκοπό την καταχώρηση των διαδικασιών του προτύπου OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001:2007. Το συγκεκριμένο πρότυπο, αποτελεί μία σειρά προδιαγραφών διαχείρισης της Εργασιακής Υγείας και Ασφάλειας και μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί σε όλους τους τύπους φορέων, επιχειρήσεων και οργανισμών ανεξάρτητα από το μέγεθος ή τη δραστηριότητά τους. Συνεπώς, η ανάπτυξη ενός πληροφοριακού συστήματος με χρήση τεχνολογίας Διαδικτυακής Εφαρμογής, αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό εργαλείο για τους χρήστες και την ανάπτυξη του οργανισμού.
Αρχικός στόχος αποτελεί το στάδιο της ανάλυσης προδιαγραφών συστήματος. Το στάδιο περιλαμβάνει την καταγραφή και ανάλυση των απαιτήσεων χρηστών, καθώς και μια πρώτου επιπέδου αρχιτεκτονική συστήματος στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξης, παραμετροποίησης και εγκατάστασης ενός ΠΣ. Οι καταγεγραμμένες απαιτήσεις χρηστών αξιολογούνται προκειμένου να οριστούν ποιες είναι σαφώς και ορθός καθορισμένες, και ποιες απαιτούν περεταίρω διευκρινήσεις. Το βήμα της ανάλυσης, ακολουθεί η αρχιτεκτονική και τεχνολογική περιγραφή συνολικής λύσης, όπου παρουσιάζεται η αρχιτεκτονική της προτεινόμενης λύσης, τόσο σε φυσικό επίπεδο, όσο και σε λειτουργικό.
Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζεται η προτεινόμενη πλατφόρμα λειτουργίας (prototype model) του τελικού συστήματος η οποία προκύπτει από τα προηγούμενα στάδια. Η χρήση του πρότυπου μοντέλου είναι απαραίτητη και καθοριστική ώστε να παρουσιαστεί στους χρήστες ο τρόπος εργασίας και λειτουργίας του προς υλοποίηση συστήματος, αλλά και να προκύψουν τυχόν παρατηρήσεις που θα τροποποιήσουν τη σχεδίαση του.
Επόμενο στάδιο αποτελεί η ανάπτυξη του ΠΣ, το οποίο αποτελείται από την υλοποίηση της Βάσης Δεδομένων με χρήση MS SQL Server, και την υλοποίηση της Διαδικτυακής Εφαρμογής με χρήση τεχνολογίας ASP.net.
Κλείνοντας, γίνεται αναφορά σε βιβλιογραφία και πηγές που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, ενώ τα παραρτήματα περιλαμβάνουν καταγεγραμμένες συνεντεύξεις με χρήστες, τον πηγαίο κώδικα της Βάσης Δεδομένων και της Διαδικτυακής Εφαρμογής που αναπτύχθηκε.
The aim of the specific project is the study and development of an Information System (IS) on the Global Net, aiming to the record of the procedure of the model OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001:2007. The specific model, constitutes a number of management specifications of the occupational Health and Safety and it can be applied to all types of vectors, businesses and organisations irrespective of their size or activity. Consequently, the development of an information system using the technology of Online Application, is an important tool for the users and the development of the organisation.
The initial aim is the analysis of the system specifications. The first stage includes the record and analysis of users requirements, as well as the incipience of the system architecture on a context of developing, parametrizing and installing an IS. The registered requirements of the users, are evaluated in order to specify which ones are clearly and correctly defined, and which ones need further clarifications.
The stage of analysis, is followed by the architectural and technological description of an overall solution, where the architecture of the proposed solution is presented not only in a physical layer, but also in a functional one. Subsequently, the proposed platform of the function (prototype model) of the final system is presented, which follows on from the previous stages. The use of the prototype model is both important and determining in order to present to the users the mode of work and operation of the system which in the process of being implemented, and any remarks to arise that could modify its design.
The next stage is the development of the IS, which consists of the implementation od the Database using MS SQL Server, and the implementation of a Web Application using ASP.net.
In conclusion, there is a reference to the bibliography and the sources which were used, while the appendices include recorder interviews with users, the source code of the Database and the Web Application which was developed.
