    • Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία μελετά τη βελτίωση των ικανοτήτων αναγνωστικής κατανόησης προσφύγων και μεταναστών καθώς επίσης και την ενίσχυση των κινήτρων τους, μέσα από τη χρήση των κόμικς στο πλαίσιο της τυπικής εκπαίδευσης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, συνιστά μία απόπειρα σχεδιασμού διδακτικής πρότασης για μαθητές με προσφυγικό ή μεταναστευτικό υπόβαθρο, που παρακολουθούν την Τάξη Υποδοχής (ΤΥ Ι, επίπεδο Α1-Α2) στη Γ’ Τάξη του Δημοτικού. Το βασικό θέμα της παρούσας διδακτικής πρότασης είναι τα “Μέσα Συγκοινωνίας - Μαζικής Μεταφοράς” και συνδέεται με την ενότητα 10 του σχολικού βιβλίου του μαθήματος της Γλώσσας “ Άνθρωποι και Μηχανές”. Το υλικό που χρησιμοποιήθηκε είναι σε μορφή κόμικς κι έχει τον τίτλο “Παν Μετρό Άριστον” το οποίο έχει δημοσιευτεί από το “ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΜΕΤΡΟ ΑΕ” σε συνεργασία με το Υπουργείο Μεταφορών και Επικοινωνιών. Όπως προκύπτει από το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο, η εν λόγω διδακτική πρόταση αποτελεί μια καινοτόμα πρόταση, καθώς κι ένα επιπλέον εκπαιδευτικό υλικό στα όσα συστήνουν το Υπουργείο παιδείας και τα Αναλυτική Προγράμματα Σπουδών για τη διδασκαλία της Ελληνικής Γλώσσας σε μαθητές πρόσφυγες ή μετανάστες που παρακολουθούν τις Τάξεις Υποδοχής. Τέλος, έχει αναπτυχθεί ένα σχέδιο μαθήματος για την εκμάθηση των μέσων μεταφοράς και συγκοινωνίας, βασισμένο σε δραστηριότητες που εξυπηρετούν τις ανάγκες του συγκεκριμένου ευπαθούς μαθητικού πληθυσμού (Task-Based Language Teaching/Lesson Plan).
    • The current study examines the improvement of the reading comprehension skills of refugees and migrants as well as the enhancement of their motivation during the learning procedure, under the use of comics, in the context of the formal education. More specifically, it includes the development of a didactic proposal for students with refugee or migrant background, who attend the Reception Class (TY I, level A1-A2) in the third grade of the primary school. The main subject of the present didactic proposal is associated with "Transportation-Public Means of Transport" and it is connected with the tenth unit of the school textbook of the Modern Greek Language Lesson "People and Machines". For the purpose of the current work the comic book entitled “Παν Μετρό Άριστον” (Pan Metro Ariston) was used, published by the “ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΜΕΤΡΟ ΑΕ” (ATTIKO METRO AE) in cooperation with the Greek Ministry of Transport and Communication. According to the theoretical framework, the suggested didactic proposal is considered as an innovative proposal, as well as an additional educational material on the recommendations of the school Curricula and the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs as regards the teaching/learning of the Greek Language to refugee or migrant students who attend the Reception Classes. Finally, a lesson plan has been developed for the teaching of the public means of transportation based on activities that serve the needs of this specific vulnerable student population (Task-Based Language Teaching / Lesson Plan).
