    • Σε ένα περιβάλλον που συνεχώς μεταβάλλεται η ΔβΜ αποτελεί την πλέον βασική αρχή της σύγχρονης εκπαίδευσης, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και διευθώς. Η βαρύτητά της αποτυπώνεται στη διαρκή ανάγκη προσαρμογής των εργαζομένων σε νέες γνώσεις και δεξιότητες, ειδικά σε κλάδους όπως ο ασφαλιστικός όπου οι εξελίξεις είναι συνεχής και ραγδαίες. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει τον ρόλο και την αποτελεσματικότητα της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και καταρτισης στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο δίνοντας έμφαση στον ίδιο τον εργαζόμενο. 

    • In a constantly evolving and dynamic environment, LLL has emerged as a fyndamental principle of modern aducation, both in Greece and internationally. Contemporary studies emphasize that the insurance sector faces significant challenges, including rapid technological advencements, regulatory changes and increasing competitivness. The present study aims to examine the role of effectiveness of professional education and training in the insurance sector, placing particular emphasis on the employee as the central agent of learning and professional development.
