    • This dissertation presents a case study of a company providing multi - disciplinary
      engineering services, with a specific focus on the strategic management practices essential for expanding its services internationally. The study focuses on the company’s ambition to enter the American market, offering a comprehensive approach to international growth and highlighting the key factors influencing a company’s ability to extend its services across different continents.
      The dissertation consists of the presentation of the company, along with an examination of how it can capitalize on its existing strengths, evaluate its competitive positioning, and adapt to the needs of the American market. In addition, it identifies the challenges and opportunities that arise when expanding into a new and competitive market, as well as the critical factors that contribute to successful expansion.
      The significance of this analysis lies in exploring potential entry modes in order to facilitate a smoother market entry. In addition, the study will look into how engineering companies can effectively navigate specific regulatory, economic, and cultural differences, overcoming barriers that might impede their entry and long - term success.
      The findings of this research are expected to provide anyone reading the study with a clear picture of the actual situation of ENOIA S.A. The results are intended to equip stakeholders - including management, employers, shareholders - with valuable insights into the expansion strategy implemented by ENOIA S.A.
