Εξερευνώντας και αξιολογώντας τις Ελληνικές και Ευρωπαικές νομικές πρακτικέςπου έχουν ως στόχο την προστασία των ασυνόδευτων προσφύγων και μεταναστών, με στόχο την προστασία τους από την εξαπάτηση, την εμπορία ανθρώπων και την εκμετάλλευση και με στόχο να διασφαλιστούν τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα αυτών των παιδιώνιτων α (greek)
The International, European, and the legal framework aiming to protect unaccompanied refugees and migrant minors is examined, and a small scale literature review aiming to understand to which extend the legal practices are capable to protect URMC in practice was examined. Also, the malpractices within the Greek reality were identified and then some positive practices were analysed to understand fileds of further research and areas that need change in order to endsure the protection of these children.
