The thesis aims to analyze different methods and strategies used for inventory management in the retail sector, including Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, Safety Stock, Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Additionally, the thesis conducts a case study analysis of a retail company to evaluate its current inventory management practices, productivity, and performance using methods such as EOQ, Safety Stock.
