The following study will provide a critical view to the strategic decision-making process in the banking industry, enabling the banking managers to develop a strategy to overcome the operational, strategic, credit, market, interest rate, concentration and reputational risks and increase the consumers’ confidence while using digital channels for making several transactions. Also, the proposed study suggests an evaluation of the key concepts of using AI innovative technologies in the field of banking industry to transform the traditional used strategy into a new era.
The managers should focus on improving customer experience as well as overall growth by generating more revenue while using AI tools and consider all the required conditions to implement such a promising policy.
The main purpose is to ensure that, considering the complexity and interdependency of these three initiatives, the strategic direction aligns with the objectives of digital transformation and the integration of AI.
Our challenge is to identify all those factors that contribute to implementing all three key factors Strategic Management, Digital Transformation and AI, simultaneously and harmoniously to limit the negative impact in Bank Growth.
