    • Ο όμιλος Ελληνικά Πετρέλαια και συγκεκριμένα το διυλιστήριο Ασπροπύργου, το 2019, για έβδομη συνεχόμενη χρονιά κατάφερε να βραβευτεί από δύο διεθνείς οργανισμούς τον J.I.G. (Joint Inspection Group) και την I.A.T.A. (International Air Transport Association) με την ανώτερη διάκριση “Sustained Performance Award” για το υψηλών προδιαγραφών σύστημα διαχείρισης αεροπορικού καυσίμου (Jet-A1). Λίγα διυλιστήρια στον κόσμο έχουν αποσπάσει αυτήν τη διάκριση για εφτά συνεχόμενες χρονιές και αυτό αποδεικνύει έμπρακτα τη συλλογική εργασία, την τήρηση των βέλτιστων διαδικασιών και τον ζήλο των εργαζομένων για την αριστεία σε όλους τους τομείς. Στο διυλιστήριο του Ασπροπύργου ξεκινάει η επεξεργασία του αργού πετρελαίου και ένα από τα προϊόντα του είναι η κηροζίνη που αποτελεί το βασικό συστατικό των αεροπορικών καυσίμων (Jet). Το καύσιμο όταν ετοιμαστεί αποθηκεύεται σε δεξαμενές και από εκεί μέσω προώθησης σε έναν αγωγό 53ων χιλιομέτρων, το καύσιμο φτάνει μέχρι το αεροδρόμιο Αθηνών «Ελ. Βενιζέλος». Το πρότυπο που εφαρμόζεται είναι το EI/JIG 1530 (Quality assurance requirements for the manufacture, storage and distribution of aviation fuels to airports – Published in cooperation with the Energy Institute) (Απαιτήσεις διασφάλισης ποιότητας για την παραγωγή, αποθήκευση και διανομή αεροπορικών καυσίμων σε αεροδρόμια – Δημοσιεύθηκε σε συνεργασία με το Ινστιτούτο Ενέργειας). Στην παρούσα μελέτη, παρουσιάζοντας τις απαιτήσεις του προτύπου που εφαρμόζεται από το διυλιστήριο του Ασπροπύργου, θα αναλύσουμε τις διαδικασίες παραγωγής, αποθήκευσης και διανομής του αεροπορικού καυσίμου. (Σημείωση: το πρότυπο EI/JIG 1530 περιγράφει και διαδικασίες που δεν έχουν εφαρμογή στο διυλιστήριο Ασπροπύργου, οι οποίες δεν θα αναλυθούν).
    • The Hellenic Petroleum group and specifically the Aspropyrgos refinery, in 2019, for the seventh consecutive year managed to be awarded by two international organizations J.I.G. (Joint Inspection Group) and the I.A.T.A. (International Air Transport Association) with the highest distinction "Sustained Performance Award" for the high standard aviation fuel management system (Jet-A1). Few refineries in the world have earned this discrimination for seven consecutive years and this proves in practice the collective work, the observance of the best procedures and the passion of the workers for excellence in all fields. At the Aspropyrgos refinery, after processing the crude oil, one of its products is kerosene, which is the main component of aviation fuel (Jet). When ready, the fuel is stored in tanks and from there, through a 53km pipeline, the fuel reaches the Athens airport "El. Venizelos". The standard applied here is EI / JIG 1530 (Quality assurance requirements for the production, storage and distribution of aviation fuels to airports - Published in cooperation with the Energy Institute) In the present study, presenting the requirements of the standard applied by the Aspropyrgos refinery, we will analyze the processes of production, storage and distribution of aviation fuel. (Note: EI / JIG 1530 standard, also describes procedures that do not apply to the Aspropyrgos refinery, in which case they will not be analyzed).
