    • Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης των εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, μέσω της συγκριτικής μελέτης εκπαιδευτικών που εργάζονται στον δημόσιο και ιδιωτικό τομέα-φροντιστήρια Μέσης Εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Φθιώτιδος. Η ανάλυση έδειξε πως οι εκπαιδευτικοί στον δημόσιο τομέα στην πλειοψηφία τους δεν αισθάνονται τόσο αγχωμένοι από την εργασία τους όσο αυτοί του ιδιωτικού τομέα.
    • The main objective of this dissertation is to study the workplace/job stress of teachers at the secondary education through a comparative analysis of the teachers working in the public and the private sector, following a survey addressed to the teachers working in the secondary education tuition in the area of Fthiotida. The analysis revealed that the majority of teachers working in the public sector do not feel so stressed as the ones working in the private sector.
