ABSTRACTThe rapid developments in the economic-technological field led to the need of modernisation of economies and to the increase of productivity. For these reasons, the professional training and the re-training is nowadays considered as an iperative necessity.(Kokkos,2005)The subject of this research is the exploration of the organisational and psychological obstacles that the woman working in the National bank of Greece meet when they attend educational programs of business-to-business training: remote and conventional seminars. The interviews of ten women working in the National Bank of Greece showed that the difficulties that educated women come against result from the bad organisation of the educational programs and the situation in which they are. Apart from thesefactors, inner problems affect educated women, too. These problems are related to preexisting knowledge, experiences and psychological factors. The hindrances that educated women come against are different and they are related to the kind of the educational programs in which they participate.
