    • Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει τις αντιλήψεις των εκπαιδευτικών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης του νομού Αχαΐας για τη συμβολή της επιμόρφωσης που έχουν λάβει σε θέματα διαχείρισης ενδοσχολικής βίας στην αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου. Αξιοποιώντας τη μικτή προσέγγιση με την τεχνική της τριγωνοποίησης συγκεντρώθηκαν τα ποσοτικά δεδομένα μέσω ερωτηματολογίων που συμπλήρωσαν 100 εκπαιδευτικοί που επιλέχτηκαν με βολική δειγματοληψία και τα ποιοτικά δεδομένα μέσω της διεξαγωγής συνεντεύξεων σε 3 εκπαιδευτικούς που επιλέχθηκαν με σκόπιμη δειγματοληψία. Με βάση τα ευρήματα της έρευνας διαφαίνονται οι ελλείψεις και αδυναμίες των εκπαιδευτικών στη διαχείριση περιστατικών ενδοσχολικής βίας, εξαιτίας της απουσίας κατάλληλης εκπαίδευσης και της μικρής συμμετοχής σε ανάλογες επιμορφωτικές δραστηριότητες, καθώς επίσης και η επιθυμία τους για επιμόρφωση στην πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου. Αναδεικνύεται επίσης η συμβολή της επιμόρφωσης σε διάφορα ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με τη διαχείριση της ενδοσχολικής βίας. Συγκεκριμένα, η επιμόρφωση συνέβαλε περισσότερο στον εντοπισμό περιστατικών, στην αναγνώριση των χαρακτηριστικών του φαινομένου, στη γνώση των συνεπειών του φαινομένου, στην εκμάθηση νέων παιδαγωγικών μεθόδων, στην επίλυση των συγκρούσεων και στη βελτίωση των πρακτικών διαχείρισης της ενδοσχολικής βίας. Η έλλειψη επαρκών ερευνών για τη συμβολή των επιμορφωτικών προγραμμάτων διαχείρισης ενδοσχολικής βίας στην αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου, καθιστά αναγκαία την παρούσα μελέτη. Η διερεύνηση της συμβολής της επιμόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών και των επιμορφωτικών τους αναγκών σε σχετικά ζητήματα είναι δυνατόν να ενισχύσει τη γνωστική βάση του πεδίου της επιμόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών και να διευρύνει την υπάρχουσα γνώση, καθώς είναι ελάχιστες οι έρευνες που επικεντρώνονται στις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για τα επιθυμητά χαρακτηριστικά ενός προγράμματος επιμόρφωσης διαχείρισης ενδοσχολικής βίας. Τα ευρήματα της παρούσας εργασίας θα μπορούσαν να αξιοποιηθούν από φορείς και εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα στο πλαίσιο σχεδιασμού και αναβάθμισης των επιμορφωτικών δράσεων διαχείρισης του φαινομένου της ενδοσχολικής βίας αλλά και γενικότερα του επιμορφωτικού έργου.
    • The purpose of this current research is to investigate the viewpoints of teachers of the Primary School Education Department of Achaia Prefecture regarding the contribution of the education received on issues of management of intraschool violence in order to effectively tackle this phenomenon. By utilizing the mixed procedure via the technique of triangulation, the quantitative data was gathered through questionnaires, compiled by 100 teachers chosen on the basis of voluntary sampling as well as the qualitative data gathered through interviews conducted with 3 teachers chosen on the basis of intentional sampling. Based on the findings of the research what is manifested is the lack as well as the weaknesses of the teachers regarding the management of intraschool violence incidents ,due to the absence of appropriate education as well as the limited participation in relevant educational activities, additionally it is also manifested their desire to be educated on both the prevention and tackling of the phenomenon. Furthermore, what becomes obvious is the contribution of the education on various issues related to the management of intraschool violence. In particular, the education contributed in a greater degree to locating the incidents, recognizing the characteristics of the phenomenon, becoming aware of the consequences of the phenomenon, learning new pedagogical methods, resolving conflicts as well as improving the practices of management of intraschool violence. The lack of adequate research regarding the contribution of educational programs referring to the management of intraschool violence in order to effectively tackle the phenomenon, renders this current research essential. The investigation of the contribution of teachers' education as well as their educational needs on relevant issues is possible to reinforce the cognitive basis of the field of teachers' education as well as to broaden the existing knowledge, since the research focusing on the teachers' viewpoints regarding the desired characteristics of an educational program on management of intraschool violence is limited. The findings of this current research could be utilized by official departments as well as educational institutes within the frame of planning as well as upgrading not only the educational activities regarding the management of the intraschool violence phenomenon but also the educational work at large.
