    • Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρήθηκε να διερευνηθούν οι απόψεις των συμμετεχόντων στο πρόγραμμα «Κατάρτιση και πιστοποίηση ανέργων 29-64 ετών σε κλάδους αιχμής» που υλοποιήθηκε τα έτη 2017-2018 στο ΚΕΚ Consul στην Άρτα, σχετικά με τους λόγους παρακολούθησης, το περιεχόμενο του προγράμματος, την κάλυψη των προσδοκιών των συμμετεχόντων και τις βελτιώσεις που μπορεί να γίνουν. Για τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας επιλέχθηκε η ποιοτική προσέγγιση της μελέτης περίπτωσης και η συλλογή των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με συνεντεύξεις. To δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 12 άτομα που είχαν παρακολουθήσει το συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα voucher και επιλέχθηκαν με σκόπιμη δειγματοληψία. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι οι βασικοί λόγοι συμμετοχής στο πρόγραμμα ήταν η απόκτηση γνώσεων και η οικονομική ενίσχυση. Ωστόσο, υπήρξαν και λόγοι κοινωνικής, ψυχολογικής και επαγγελματικής φύσεως. Σχετικά με το περιεχόμενο του προγράμματος και την κάλυψη των προσδοκιών τους οι συμμετέχοντες θεωρούν ότι το πρόγραμμα τους παρέχει τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις και την εμπειρία για την ένταξή τους στην αγορά εργασίας, ωστόσο παραμένουν άνεργοι για λόγους που δεν σχετίζονται με το πρόγραμμα. Σύμφωνα με τις απόψεις τους για την αδυναμία να βρουν εργασία ευθύνεται κυρίως η δυσχερής οικονομική κατάσταση της χώρας, αλλά και άλλοι λόγοι προσωπικής φύσεως. Τέλος, πιστεύουν πως υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης και προτείνουν περισσότερη πρακτική και αποτελεσματικότερη ένταξη στην αγορά εργασίας.
    • This survey attempts to explore the perceptions of participants in program “Training and certification of unemployed aged 29-64 in peak sectors”, which was implemented over the years 2017-2018 by Consul Vocational Training Institution in Arta, about the reasons for their participation, the context of the program, the contribution of the satisfaction of their expectations and improvement that can be made. The methodology of qualitative, small-scale survey approach was selected and data collection tool was personal interview. The sample consisted of 12 persons that had attended this specific voucher program and they were chosen after deliberating sampling. Aggregated research results showed that the basic reason for the participants to attend the program was acquiring knowledge and financial security. However, for some participants the reasons was related to social or psychological factor and employability. Regarding the context of the program participants consider that they provide the knowledge and experience they need to integrate the labor market, nevertheless they are yet unemployed for reasons not related to the program. According to participants’ perceptions their inability to find work is the result of the country’s poor financial position. In addition, personal reasons are responsible for their unemployment. Finally, they believe that improvement could be made on the program and suggested more practice and more effective integration in the labor market.
