    • Τα μαθηματικά στο Γενικό Λύκειο αποτελούν ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά μαθήματα, τα οποία ανήκουν και στους τομείς των πανελλαδικώς εξεταζόμενων μαθημάτων. Οι σημερινοί μαθητές για να καταφέρουν να αντεπεξέλθουν στις απαιτήσεις των μαθηματικών πρέπει να αποκτήσουν θετική στάση απέναντι στο μάθημα. Κρίθηκε σημαντικό να μελετήσουμε τα «πιστεύω» των μαθητών απέναντι στα μαθηματικά, καθώς και την στάση τους για το πώς αντιμετωπίζουν το μάθημα σε όλες τις τάξεις του Γενικού Λυκείου και σε πολλές περιπτώσεις ακόμα και ανάλογα με το φύλο. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας επίσης είναι, να βρεθούν και να αναλυθούν οι παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την στάση των μαθητών Λυκείου για το μάθημα και με ποιους τρόπους αυτοί οι παράγοντες θα συμβάλουν στη θετική αλλαγή της στάσης και στη βελτίωση της επίδοσής τους. Πραγματοποιήθηκε ποσοτική έρευνα σε 150 μαθητές του 1ου και 2ου Λυκείου Σαλαμίνας. Από την ανάλυση των ερευνητικών ερωτημάτων, τα στοιχεία κατέδειξαν ότι οι μαθητές της Α΄ Λυκείου παρακολουθούν περισσότερο τον εκπαιδευτικό, ασχολούνται περισσότερο με το μάθημα και είναι περισσότερο διαβασμένοι έχοντας πιο υψηλούς βαθμούς στα μαθηματικά. Στοιχεία τα οποία μειώνονται σταδιακά στις επόμενες τάξεις αντίστοιχα. Δεν παρατηρήθηκαν σημαντικές διαφορές μεταξύ των δύο φύλων, όπως επίσης δεν υπήρχαν σημαντικές διαφορές ως προς το άγχος τους απέναντι στα μαθηματικά. Ακόμα οι περισσότεροι μαθητές δίνουν ιδιαίτερη σημασία στον ρόλο του καθηγητή και συγκεκριμένα στην ανατροφοδότηση που έχουν μέσα στην τάξη. Επίσης δεν δίνουν βαρύτητα στην βοήθεια από την οικογένεια και την σχέση μεταξύ γονέων και σχολικού περιβάλλοντος. Παράλληλα η πλειοψηφία των μαθητών απαντά σε συντριπτικό βαθμό θετικά ότι παράγοντες συναισθηματικοί όπως η αυτοαντίληψη, η αυτοπεποίθηση και η αυτοεκτίμηση θα τους βοηθούσαν θετικά ως προς την επίδοσή τους απέναντι στο μάθημα.
    • Mathematics, which belong to the field of all elective courses in the General Lyceum, is considered to be one of the most importand course. Nowadays, students should have a positive attitude towards the lesson in order to successfully cope with its requirements. It was considered important to study pupils' belief towardsthe lesson and how they deal with it in all classes of the Lyceum and in most cases gender was also taken intoconcideration. The aim of this paper is also to find and analyze the factors that influence the attitudes of high school students to the lesson and in what ways these factors will contribute to the positive change of attitude and improve their performance. The survey was carried out with the help of a questionnaire of 27 closed questions, to 150 pupils of 1st and 2nd Lyceum of Salamis, which are percentages divided into classes and sexes, with the help of a quantitative multistage sampling and using the SPSS statistical program for the processing and analyze data and export the results with graphs and statistical tests. From the analysis of the results, it was evident that the students of the A΄Lyseum pay more attention to the professor, they are more occupied with the lesson and they tend to study more having higher grades concerning mathematics, elements which gradually decrease in the next classes respectively. There were no significant differences between the two sexes, as there were no significant differences in their mathematical anxiety. Still, most students pay particular attention to the role of the teacher and, in particular, to the feedback they have in the classroom. They also do not pay attention to family help and the relationship between parents and the school environment. At the same time, the majority of students respond positively to the fact that emotional factors such as self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-esteem would positively assist them in their performance to this lesson.
