Η Πράσινη Οικονομία είναι ένα καινοτόμο μοντέλο που υπόσχεται ανάπτυξη, ενώ ταυτόχρονα προστατεύει το περιβάλλον. Στην Ελλάδα, ο τουρισμός θεωρείται η πολυτιμότερη πηγή εισοδήματος. Προκειμένου όμως να γίνουν επενδύσεις σε μια δύσκολη οικονομική συγκυρία, το ΕΣΠΑ 2007-2013 αποτέλεσε τη μόνη πηγή χρηματοδότησης των επενδύσεων.
Για να εφαρμοστεί σωστά ένα νέο οικονομικό μοντέλο, απαιτούμενη προϋπόθεση είναι η σωστή γνώση των ιθυνόντων. Γι αυτό ερευνήσαμε το επίπεδο της γνώσης εκείνων που διαχειρίζονται τα κονδύλια της ΕΕ. Διεξήγαμε πρωτογενή έρευνα και με τη χρήση ερωτηματολογίου, ποσοτική έρευνα.
Τα στοιχεία έδειξαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα δεν είναι ενθαρρυντικά και ότι πολλά ακόμα χρειάζεται να γίνουν.
Green economy is an innovative model that promises growth, while protecting the environment. Tourism is Greece’s most valuable source of income. To invest in a troubled economy, the focus concentrates on the NSRF 2007-2013, as the sole source of funding investments.
To implement a new economic model, the awareness of its components plays an important role in its success. To assess the level of knowledge, we researched those that manage EU funds. We conducted a primary research and with the use of a questionnaire, a quantitative research.
Evidences showed that the results were not encouraging and more work is needed.
