    • Η Επιχειρησιακή Διαχείριση Κινδύνου (OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT - ORM) ή απλά Διαχείριση Κινδύνου είναι μια προσέγγιση στη μείωση των ατυχημάτων όπου οι Επιβλέποντες - Διοικητές παίρνουν αποφάσεις έχοντας στη διάθεση τους τις κατάλληλες πληροφορίες ενώ ο ρόλος του Τμήματος Ασφάλειας Πτήσεων – Εδάφους, Υγείας και Ασφάλειας Εργασίας είναι συμβουλευτικός. Είναι ένα λογικό μονοπάτι όπου λαμβάνονται υπόψη ο ανθρώπινος παράγοντας, τα μέσα και το περιβάλλον λειτουργίας τους πριν, κατά και μετά τις διάφορες δραστηριότητες.
