    • Ο σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να εξετάσει αν οι διαστάσεις της οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας επηρεάζουν την ικανοποίηση και την απόδοση του εργαζομένου σ’εναν πολυεθνικό οργανισμό κι επιπλέον αν η εθνική κουλτούρα επιδρά στο επίπεδο αυτών. Η έρευνα έχει τέσσερις βασικούς στόχους: (i) Να εξετάσει τη σχέση μεταξύ οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας κι εργασιακής ικανοποίησης, (ii) να εξετάσει τη σχέση μεταξύ οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας κι απόδοσης του εργαζομένου, (iii) να εξετάσει αν το επίπεδο εργασιακής ικανοποίησης διαφέρει μεταξύ Ελλήνων κι Αμερικάνων εργαζομένων σ’ένα πολυεθνικό οργανισμό, (iv) να εξετάσει αν το επίπεδο εργασιακής απόδοσης διαφέρει μεταξύ Ελλήνων κι Αμερικάνων εργαζομένων στον ίδιο πολυεθνικό οργανισμό.
    • The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee’s behavioral traits such as job satisfaction and performance and whether national culture affects the level of these traits. This study has four primary objectives: (i) describe the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in the organization, (ii) describe the relationship between organizational culture and job performance in the organization, (iii) identify whether the level of job satisfaction differs between American and Greek employees of the same organization and (iv) identify whether the level of job performance differs between American and Greek employees of the same organization.
