    • Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία διερευνά και αξιολογεί τα εργατικά ατυχήματα στην Ελλάδα στο πλαίσιο της ελληνικής οικονομικής κρίσης κατά την περίοδο 2009-2013. Υπάρχει μια κυκλική σχέση του επιχειρηματικού κύκλου ως προς τα συνολικά εργατικά ατυχήματα για την περίοδο 2003-2013, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία του ΣΕΠΕ, ενώ αντίθετα δεν υφίσταται αυτή, σε σχέση με τα θανατηφόρα εργατικά ατυχήματα. Οι τομείς της μεταποίησης και των κατασκευών είναι οι πλέον πληγείσες οικονομικές δραστηριότητες σε σχέση με τα μη θανατηφόρα και θανατηφόρα εργατικά ατυχήματα αντίστοιχα. Υπάρχει δε μια αντίστροφη σχέση μεταξύ του μεγέθους των επιχειρήσεων και των εργατικών ατυχημάτων (θανατηφόρων ή μη).
    • This dissertation studies and evaluates the accidents at work in Greece within the context of the Greek economic crisis in the period of 2009 to 2013. There is a pro-cyclical relation along the business cycle and the number of the total accidents at work for the period 2003-2013, whilst there is no such relation with the number of the fatal accidents at work. The manufacturing and the construction sectors are the most affected economic activities in relation to non-fatal and fatal accidents at work respectively. There is an inverse relationship between the size of enterprises and accidents at work.
