    • Στοχος της διατριβής είναι η εξέταση και ανάλυση της διαχείρησης αλλαγών στην οργάνωση επιχείρησεων, εν περίοδο κρίσης. Η μετάδοση γνώσεων στο θέμα και η μεθοδική περιγραφή ενεργειών προς την επίτευξη επιτυχών αλλαγών με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη, είναι το κεντρικό ζητούμενο της παρούσας εργασίας. Η εξέταση και εύρεση σημαντικών στοιχείων τα οποία προωθούν την ανάπτυξη και δημιουργούν τις κατάλληλες προϋποθέσεις για εξέλιξη, αναλύονται στην εργασία, με απώτερο σκοπό την παρουσίαση επιτυχών στρατηγικών τακτικών και επιχειρησιακών στόχων.
    • The study examines change management in the context of crisis environment and offers an empirical approach into the field. The aim is to enhance knowledge on adaptive organizational practices. Successful actions are examined and re-design tactics are presented so that smooth organizational transition would be attained. Necessary sacrifices, methodical planning, measures to ensure stability and cautious implementations are presented with reference to a Liner company in Greece. Like in a game of chess, organizations are expected to identify threats and be prepared to implement effective strategic tactics in order to evolve and prevail.
