Αυτή η διατριβή παρέχει μια ολοκληρωμένη στρατηγική ανάλυση της βιομηχανίας του κλάδου των κατασκευών, σαρώνοντας την κατασκευή των επιχειρήσεων για τις ευκαιρίες και τις απειλές. Καθιστώντας σαφείς τους στόχους, τη σημασία, την έκταση και τη μεθοδολογία της παρούσας διατριβής. Περιγράφει το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο του γενικευμένου εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος, την ανάλυση: οικονομικών, τεχνολογικών, πολιτικών, νομικών, κοινωνικών και πολιτιστικών δυνάμεων που διαμορφώνουν το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον, εστιάζοντας στη θεωρία της ανάλυσης PEST, ανάλυση SWOT και τις 5 Δυνάμεις του Porter στην Ελλάδα προσδιορίζοντας την ελκυστικότητά του με βάση την ένταση του ανταγωνισμού που επικρατεί στον κλάδο.
This dissertation provides a comprehensive strategic industry analysis of the construction industry, scanning the construction business for opportunities and threats, defining the objectives, significance, scope and methodology of this dissertation, outlining the theoretical background of the generalized external environment, analyzing: economic, technological, political, legal, social and cultural forces shaping the external environment, while focusing in the theory of PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and the 5 Forces of Porter in the Greek construction sector, describing the industry structure and determining the attractiveness based on the intensity of competition prevailing in the industry.
