    • Η διατριβή εξετάζει την εφαρμογή της μεθοδολογίας Six Sigma στην φαρμοκοβιομηχανία σύμφωνα με την βιβλιογραφία και τα αποτελέσματα των συνεντεύξεων που πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε ηγέτες που ανήκουν σε διαφορετικές φαρμακευτικές εταιρείες ανά τον κόσμο. Η ανάλυση είναι εστιασμένη στην επίδραση της μεθοδολογίας στο κόστος, χρόνο διάθεσης και την ποιότητα του φαρμάκου.
    • The dissertation examines the implementation of the Six Sigma methodology in pharmaceutical industry based on literature and the outcome of the interviews conducted in leaders from different pharmaceutical companies worldwide. The analysis mainly focuses on the effect of this methodology to the cost, time availability and quality of the drug.
