    • Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία επικεντρώνεται στη διερεύνηση της αξίας του ΒΙΜ στην θεωρία και στην πράξη, όπως αυτή εφαρμόζεται σήμερα στην Σουηδία, που την έχει ήδη εντάξει στη καθημερινή πρακτική και διαρκώς αναπτύσσει και βελτιώνει την πολιτική της ως προς τη χρήση ΒΙΜ. Για την μελέτη αυτή, η διπλωματική αναπτύσσεται σε δύο άξονες: το θεωρητικό κομμάτι, που βασίζεται στην βιβλιογραφία και εξοικειώνει τον αναγνώστη με την τεχνολογία-φιλοσοφία ΒΙΜ και το δεύτερο κομμάτι, το οποίο βασίζεται σε προσωπικές συνεντεύξεις με ερωτηματολόγιο προσαρμοσμένο, ώστε να απαντά σαφώς στο αντικείμενο της έρευνας.
    • This master thesis focuses in the investigation of the BIM value in theory and prac-tice, as it is applied nowadays in Sweden, which has already integrated it in everyday practice and constantly develops and improves its policy towards BIM use. This mas-ter thesis is divided in 2 parts: the first part is the theoretical part, which is based on the literature and familiarizes the reader with the BIM technology/philosophy and the second part is based on personal interviews with adjusted questionnaire, which replies to the subject of this research
