The present thesis deals with the scheduling, resource and cost management of a construction project. The project concerns the construction of a bridge, 140 meters long with 5 openings, which is part of a larger project, known as "WIDE BYPASS AGRINIOU - SECTION AGGELOKASTRO KOUVARAS". The thesis is organized in 6 chapters. The topic of the thesis and the key terms of the scheduling, resource and cost management, are described in chapters 2 and 3, respectively. The capabilities and the basic usage of the used software MS-project, are presented in chapter 3. The structural analysis of the bridge, dealing with the hierarchical declaration of its contraction activities, the corresponding time duration and cost activity definitions and finally the obtained time schedule, resource usage and the budget of the project are presented in chapter 4. In chapter 5, the initial schedule of the project work is rescheduled under various scenarios caused by resource unavailabilities and constrains. Finally, in chapter 6, the main conclusions of the present case study are presented.
Η διπλωματική εργασία διαπραγματεύεται τον χρονικό προγραμματισμό και οικονομικό προγραμματισμό ενός κατασκευαστικού έργου. Ως έργο επιλέχθηκε η κατασκευή μιας κοιλαδογέφυρας, ανοίγματος 140 μέτρων με 5 ανοίγματα, η οποία αποτελεί τμήμα του ευρύτερου έργου «ΕΥΡΕΙΑ ΠΑΡΑΚΑΜΨΗ ΑΓΡΙΝΙΟΥ – ΤΜΗΜΑ ΑΓΓΕΛΟΚΑΣΤΡΟ ΚΟΥΒΑΡΑΣ». Η εργασία αναπτύχθηκε σε 6 κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο αναπτύχθηκε το θέμα της διπλωματικής. Στο δεύτερο γίνεται παρουσίαση των βασικών όρων του χρονοπρογραμματισμού. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται το πρόγραμμα που χρησιμοποιήθηκε (MS-Project). Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναπτύσσεται η δομική ανάλυση της γέφυρας και γίνεται ο προγραμματισμός χρόνου και κόστους. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται επαναπρογραμματισμός του έργου λόγω μη διαθεσιμότητας των πόρων. Τέλος, στο έκτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της παρούσας εργασίας.
