    • Το κόστος, ο χρόνος και η ποιότητα κατά τη διάρκεια των τελευταίων 20 ετών, έχουν περίπλοκα συνδεθεί με την αξιολόγηση της επιτυχίας της διαχείρισης των κατασκευών. Η αντιεπιστημονική χωροθέτηση από τους φορείς, των ΧΥΤΑ, η αυξημένη αδιαφορία και ο αυτοσχεδιασμός καθώς και η ανεξέλεγκτη διαχείριση των απορριμμάτων, καθιστούν τους ΧΥΤΑ ένα ακανθώδες ζήτημα. Ο αντικειμενικός σκοπός αυτής της εργασίας είναι να εφαρμόσει το Π.Π.Ε ,έτσι όπως αυτό παρουσιάζεται και αναλύεται στο πρότυπο ΕΛΟΤ ISO 10005:2005 ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες που αναφέρονται στην Υ.Α ΔΙΠΑΔ/οικ/12/13-1-2009 (ΦΕΚ 125/Β//27-1-2009), «Οδηγίες για την παρακολούθηση και την εφαρμογή των (ΠΠΕ)», σε ένα έργο κατασκευής ενός ΧΥΤΑ.
    • The Objective of this thesis is to introduce the Quality Plan of Works and the fundamental importance, that it has for the construction, according to the National Legislation, as much as the European directives, so that is ensured the quality in the Public Work. At the same time is attempted the implementation of Q.P. for a MSWL (Municipal Solid Waste Landfill) projects and particularly for the project of “MSWL of LEVADIA”. Aim of this thesis is, through the significance of quality of work, the application in the Public Work and specifically on a MSWL, the Program of Quality of Work. The import of P.P.E as daily practice in the work from 2000 and then, the rendering tool of follow-up of quality of contractors. The development of P.P.E in the Work has been also intensified in our country while has become obligatory his application in work which the budget of exceeds 1.500.000 €). The MSWL Spaces of Sanitary Burial of Waste, have become also daily reality for the all municipalities of country. At the same time however they have increased also the cases of environmental epimolynsis, because their defective quality of construction. From cause of this fact constitute non-negligible dangers for the life of citizens that lives in the perimeter of those areas. Consequently is required the follow-up of their quality of constriction with more intensive way. This can become only via a complete and organizational Program of Quality of Work that will code the total of work, methods and controls with simple way with simple recording, description and forms, aiming at the unhindered operation of work without however interruptions and delays, due to his processes of quality and controls.
