Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία διερευνά τη Διαδικασία του «Ανταγωνιστικού Διαλόγου» και την εφαρμογή της, ειδικότερα από Αναθέτουσες Αρχές. Επιπλέον, πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα σε υπηρεσία (ως μελέτη περίπτωσης) που έχει στην αρμοδιότητά της την υλοποίηση έργων υποδομής μεταφορών εθνικής σημασίας και ειδικότερα για το έργο: Μόνιμη Υποθαλάσσια ζεύξη Σαλαμίνας-Περάματος -Διάλογος υπό διαπραγμάτευση.
This diploma thesis explores the "Competitive Dialogue" Process and its implementation, in particular by Contracting Authorities. In addition, an in-service research (as a case study) was carried out, which is responsible for the implementation of transport infrastructure projects of national importance. CASE STUDY: Permanent Submarine Link of Salamis-Perama -Dialogue under negotiation.
