Το θέμα της ΔΕ «Ενεργειακοί Επιθεωρητές και Πιστοποιητικό Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης» είναι ένα θεματικό πεδίο όπου πραγματεύεται την ενεργειακή ανάλυση των κτιρίων, την νομοθεσία και την χρηστή ενεργειακή επιθεώρηση, καθώς και την διαχείριση τους, όπου συνδυαζόμενο με την συγκριτική μελέτη των προτάσεων βελτίωσης μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε μια πλήρη και σαφή επιστημονική ανάλυση. Το θέμα προς εξέταση, μέσω και της συνολικότερης έρευνας που διεξάγεται όσον αφορά την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, είναι ένα επίκαιρο θέμα το οποίο σχετίζεται άμεσα τόσο με τα ενεργειακά, όσο και με τα κτιριολογικά θέματα, της σύνδεσης αυτών, καθώς και της διασύνδεσης και αλληλεπίδρασης αυτών σε οικονομικό και κοινωνικό επίπεδο. Η σημασία της έρευνας παραπέμπει στην ανάλυση του θέματος με τίτλο «Ενεργειακοί Επιθεωρητές και Πιστοποιητικό Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης» και στις προεκτάσεις αυτού σε παράγοντες και αίτια που πραγματώνονται με το θέμα, εγχώρια και διεθνώς. Οι τάσεις του τεκμηριωμένου επιστημονικού περιεχομένου σε συνδυασμό με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές και τη σχετική νομοθεσία είναι ο οδικός χάρτης της διπλωματικής εργασίας, όπου σε ένα πλαίσιο από μια σειρά προτάσεων έχει ως στόχο την παραγωγή χρήσιμων επιστημονικών συμπερασμάτων.
The topic area of "Energy Inspectors and Energy Performance Certification" is a thematic field which it is dealing the energy analysis of buildings with legislation and good energy inspection, as well as their management, where combined with the comparative study of improvement proposals can lead to a full and clear scientific analysis. The subject to be examined, through the more extensive research carried out on this thesis, is a topical issue that is directly related to both the energy and the building issues, the connection between them and their interconnection and interaction to economic and social terms. The importance of research refers to the analysis of the topic "Energy Inspectors and Energy Performance Certification" and its implications on the factors and causes of the issue, domestically and internationally. Trends in documented scientific content, connected to the best practices and relevant legislation are the road map of the analyzed thesis where, under a framework of a series of proposals which has the aim to produce useful scientific conclusions.
