Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας στον κτιριακό τομέα. Γίνεται παρουσίαση και ανάλυση του τρόπου εκτέλεσης των ενεργειακών ελέγχων σε κτίρια, αλλά και του τρόπου υπολογισμού και αξιολόγησης των αποτελεσμάτων που προκύπτουν, με την εύρεση του τύπου κατανάλωσης της γραμμής βάσης (baseline consumption). Αντικείμενο της εργασίας αποτελεί η ανάπτυξη μίας πρότυπης τυποποιημένης διαδικασίας για την εφαρμογή της μεθοδολογίας υπολογισμού του Κόστους Κύκλου Ζωής (LCCA) των δράσεων εξοικονόμησης και η οποία αποτελεί τη βάση λήψης των αποφάσεων εκτέλεσης των. Στο δεύτερο μέρος παρουσιάζεται και αναλύεται μία μελέτη περίπτωσης που αφορά κτίριο του ξενοδοχειακού τομέα.
The aim of the thesis is the energy consumption in the building sector. All the actions to be applied for the energy audit of a building facility are presented as well as the standards on which all the measurements required are based and the ways of assessing the results and the certifications required using the baseline consumption method. A financial analysis is presented for the evaluation of actions using the LCCA, which is also the basic tool for the standards, and a standardized procedure for the implementation of the methodology for energy saving projects with an excel-based computing tool. In the second part a case study for a hotel energy audit is being presented.
