Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι ο συσχετισμός κόστους εφαρμογής δυο κατασκευαστικών τύπων εδαφικής αντιστήριξης. Για το σκοπό αυτό πραγματοποιείται παραμετρική διερεύνηση του κόστους κατασκευής τοίχων οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος και τοίχων οπλισμένης γης, για ύψη επιχωμάτων από 2 έως και 10m. Οι τοίχοι οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος που μελετήθηκαν αποτελούν κατασκευές αντιστήριξης που έχουν υλοποιηθεί κατά μήκος της Εγνατίας Οδού. Με βάση τα χαρακτηριστικά των τοίχων οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος σχεδιάστηκαν τοίχοι οπλισμένης γης, ώστε να έχουν τον ίδιο συντελεστή ασφάλειας με τους αντίστοιχους οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος, για ύψη επίχωσης από 2 έως και 10m. Ο σχεδιασμός και η διαστασιολόγηση των οπλισμένων επιχωμάτων έγινε με βάση τις ισχύουσες κανονιστικές διατάξεις και ο αναλυτικός έλεγχος έγινε με χρήση του προγράμματος πεπερασμένων στοιχείων Plaxis V8.2. Ο υπολογισμός του κόστους κατασκευής για τον κάθε τύπο ξεχωριστά ανά μέτρο επιφανείας και ανά τρέχον μέτρο έγινε με βάση τα εγκεκριμένα τιμολόγια και τις αναλύσεις τιμών του Υπουργείου Δημοσίων Έργων.
The the main objective of this thesis is the correlation of the implementation cost between two types of construction of earth retaining. For this cause is carried a parametric study of the cost of the construction of reinforced concrete walls and reinforced earth walls for embankments heights from between 2 to 10m. The walls of reinforced concrete that are studied are retaining structures that have been implemented along the Egnatia Highway. Based on the characteristics of reinforced concrete walls, reinforced earth walls are designed to have the same safety factor with the corresponding reinforced concrete walls for embankments heights between 2 and 10m. The design and dimensioning of reinforced embankments was based on existing regulations and the analytical check are made using the finite element program Plaxis V8.2. The calculation of the construction costs for each type separately, per meter of surface and per linear meter, was based on the approved tariffs and price lists of the Public Works Ministry.
